Baritone

The Baritone is a low pitched brass instrument with valves.  It sounds an octave lower than the trumpet.  The euphonium is a similar instrument and the names are often used interchangeably.  The term originates from the Greek βαρύτονος (barýtonos), meaning “heavy sounding.”    Golden Music primarily rents Yamaha with other American models (Conn, Selmer, etc.)
